The egg boiling and shelling production line is an automated production line specifically used for the egg boiling and shelling process. The production line consists of egg loading, whole row conveying, pre-cooking, cooking, cooling,shelling, egg shell conveying, and white egg conveying, which can efficiently complete the task of boiling and shelling eggs.

1.Egg loading
Workers put eggs into a water tank, soak them in water, and use the water pressure difference to screen out defective products.
2.Whole row conveying
The eggs are fed into the pre-cooking machine via the whole row conveyor.
3.Pre-cooking
Centering and pre-cooking the eggs. The unique centering pre-cooking system uses warm water to slowly heat up, and the eggs keep rotating during the conveying process.After preheating, the yolk is biased to the center position, thereby improving the eccentricity of the yolk, to improve the quality of eggs.
4.Cooking
After pre-setting the cooking time and temperature, use the steam and water mixed heating method to cook the pre-cooked eggs.
5.Cooling
The cooked eggs are lifted into a cold water tank and cooled, either directly using tap water or using a high-powered refrigeration unit.
6.Shelling
After being lifted, the cooled eggs enter the machine for the shell breaking and peeling process. The eggs are sprayed and rotated and transported with clean water, and the residual shells on the surface are taken away under the washing of water.
7.Egg shell conveying
The eggshells produced after peeling will be collected, transported and processed by the eggshell conveyor.
8.White egg conveying
The white eggs are collected uniformly by the white egg conveying device.
